Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions Contract

1. This document establishes the terms and conditions that apply when making a purchase at any of our points of sale and applies to any of the TKGpr products and must be read together with the terms and conditions.

2. Personalized Products are available directly at TKGpr.store or an authorized point of sale. They are for personal use only and are not intended for resale by their nature.

3. Product customization is only available on selected products in the TKGpr.store Online Store.

4. The customization costs will be those established on the website and at the time of purchase.

5. All our products are made only to order since they are personalized (in one way or another) only for the buyer.

6. There is no exchange or refund for personalized products, unless it is our manufacturing or design error.
In this case, you must contact us as soon as possible, in order to coordinate the exchange of your product for a correct one or one without defect.

7. It is important to note that we are not responsible for work carried out and not withdrawn for more than 30 days. Because we do not have enough space to store orders since they are personalized products.


8. In reference to the images, if for some reason we do not receive it we will contact you or you can also send it via email to info@tkgpr.store

9. Our delivery conditions will apply depending on the customization of the Product requested, although the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual due to the personalized nature of such Products. Note: The preparation time of each order will depend on the manufacturing time, generally 3 business days. approx. (this may vary on high demand dates up to 7 to 10 business days)

10. Personalized Products will be covered by our usual warranty conditions. Described in point 6. In the event that it is necessary to make a warranty or defect claim with the Personalized Products. The design that the client approves is the one that will be applied to the product. In the unlikely event that an identical product to the one ordered cannot be offered, you have the right to request a price reduction or money back.

11. Due to its personalized nature, you cannot withdraw from the Personalized Products contract and, therefore, once the order is placed, it will be completed in its entirety. The client must ensure that the Personalization of his product is correct when sending his order while the orders sent are considered final. However, we will try to accommodate changes or cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee our ability to carry them out. We do not accept any responsibility for spelling, grammatical or layout errors caused by you.
12. You must not upload content for use on Personalized Products that:
• infringes the intellectual property rights of another person;
• contravenes an applicable national or international law or regulation;
• include any information that could be used to personally identify another person, without their consent; or is obscene, indecent or offensive.
• We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel your personalized order (as applicable) if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it does not comply with the standards set out in clause 12 above.

13. Personalized products do not allow the Cash on delivery payment method, please choose any other of the available payment methods during the purchase process. In the event that the selected payment method is Cash on Delivery, reserves the right to cancel the order.

14. If we incur costs or third party liability as a result of your breach of clause 12 (including defense costs arising from claims brought by third parties or any damages attributed to us as a result of such claims), you will be responsible for paying those expenses/damages.


15. TERMS OF THE ONLINE STORE
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province in which you reside and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, without limitation, copyright laws).
A violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

16. We guarantee the manufacturing time, but the delivery time will depend on the company and the carrier. It is very important that you verify that all the shipping information is correct and complete (Name, address and telephone), since any error will only be your responsibility.

17. These terms are governed by the law of the state of Puerto Rico.
